A mining services provider engaged WeRu to secure M1 meetings to help develop their ANZ market but to also to make significant inroads into the Indonesian market.
WeRu put together a small team of highly effective BDM’s to set M1 meetings for their sales team to attend. Within the space a few weeks not only had the WeRu team secured a number of meetings that were proving to be highly lucrative, but this continued throughout the course of the contract. There were even meetings still being held 6 weeks after the end of the contract, a testament to the team driving the campaign to the very last day.
Case Study: Global Consultant – O&G, M&M, PE and FMCG – ANZ & Southeast Asia

A global consultant hired WeRu with the specific goal of developing their market in the Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, Private Equity, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sectors within ANZ.
After two years of collaboration, WeRu successfully secured on avg. 4 M1 held meetings each week for the client. The meetings were based on a 40hr per week schedule, providing consistent and regular engagement with potential stakeholders in the specified sectors.
Encouraged by the success in ANZ, the client expanded their collaboration with WeRu into other geographies showcasing the client’s confidence in WeRu’s ability to deliver results, we are now working with multiple consultants globally.

Time line:
- The opening meeting between the client and the target company was set for 5th Dec 2023.
- A site visit was scheduled for 3 days later on the 8th Dec 2023.
- Following that visit the client put in their PO.
- PO was signed and sealed and, in their system, officially on 14th Feb 2024
Less than 70 days between the opening meeting set by WeRu and the proposal being signed and sealed.
